Mitel 3300:

Station Side:
RECITE utilizes the Mitel Secure Recording Connector (SRC) combined with the MiTAI monitoring interface to track and record all station-side call activity including caller & callee information.
Built in failover resiliency with support for multiple SRC’s and 3300’s.
Flexible Multi Site / Branch solution
No need for port mirroring
Note: The standard SRC server will support a maximum of 1000 devices (350 concurrent sessions). For customers requiring more than 350 concurrent recording sessions, further SRC servers should be deployed.

Station Side (Passive):
RECITE utilizes the SmartWORKS RTS box and NGX PCI or PCIe blade hardware to passively tap the station to track and record all station-side call activity including caller & callee information.

Trunk Side:
Utilizing the MiTAI CTI monitoring interface combined with trunk side T1, E1, J1 or SIP interfaces to capture all call META data and voice conversations.

Mitel 5000:

VoIP Station Side:
RECITE utilizes the Mitel OAI interface combined with Port mirroring to track and record all station-side call activity including caller & callee information.

Digital Station Side:
RECITE utilizes the SmartWORKS NGX PCI or PCIe blade hardware to passively tap the station to track and record all station-side call activity including caller & callee information.

Trunk Side:
RECITE utilizes the Mitel OAI interface combined with Passive Tap T1, E1, J1 trunks or Port mirroring of SIP trunks to record trunk side while tracking the call station-side to ensure complete view of all call activity including caller & callee information.
